Hi, Cole and welcome to Badman's.  :)

To answer your actual question, I would use Java fern, Java moss and/or anubias.

But,concerning your stocking.  a 25 gallon tank is much too small for the fish you have in it.  The apistos and the keyhole require at least a 30 gallon aquarium.  Your tetras can live in a 20 gallon long which is 30 inches long.  However, your tank is 24 inches long.  There just isn't room for what you have.

With the fish you currently have in your aquarium, I would recommend bushy stem plantings. I would also recommend between a 5000 and 6500K tube for your lamp. Hygrophila varieties should also work. Is your Keyhole shy?
