Title: Any suggestions for my new tank
Post by: wolfman on September 05, 2017, 01:10:38 PM
I just got a 20 gallon long tank and a canister filter, waiting for a couple my paychecks to get the rest. So I want to get neon tetras maybe 8-10 but I'm having trouble finding anyother fish to go with them. Since the tetras tend to stay in the middle I was thinking of some bottom and top dwelling fish. i also plan to put real plants in the tank. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm a big fan of long tanks, so much swimming room :) Kuhli Loaches would love your tank. Or if you allow your tank to mature for at least 3 months you could stay with the South American theme and get some Otocinclus. Honey Gourami work as well, there also are yellow honey gourami which are a little brighter in colour.
