well I got this great 75 gallon aquarium off of craigslist and it came with a magnum filter heater and all of the things that said fish in the guys house.

so I get it out of my car and I chipped the glass on the outside on one of the corners.
there is about half an inch between the chip and the water and it isnt leaking.  how can i patch this up?

it is in the corner and on the outside.
anyways it hardly noticable and is about maybe a fourth of an inch deep if that and the glass is about 3 forths of an inch to an inch thick

if your worried about it just glob some sealant (aquarium-grade, of course) on the chipped corner and it should be fine.

Sounds pretty small,I wouldnt worry about one that size.
Dont bother globbing silicone on the outside of your tank,it wont accomplish anything.
