How often does the Cherax blue lobster molt and is feeding a wafer in the morning and a piece of fruit or veggie at night a good feeding schedule?  Thanks for the help!

It depends on the age of the critter, the temperature, and the feeding.  Younger crays molt more frequently as they are growing faster.  Mature specimens much less often, as they grow much more slowly.  Warmer water, within tolerated limits, speeds growth, as does more food - without fouling the tank of course.
