I got 3 of these guys over the weekend, so far so good all looks well. How tight of a lid do i need to be concerned with? Will these guys try to escape through cut outs in the plastic rear piece on my aqua glass top? I have things taped up, just in case and thought to post this and see what experienced folks have to say.

Amano shrimp will march up your sleeve and right into your hair.  They *think* they are terrestrial at times.  However, I have never taken, or had to take extra precautions to keep them in the tanks, just have to be very, very careful if I ever have to net them and move them.  They are very adept out of the water.
Take care,
Mary.
