The plants,everyone told me its impossible to keep plants with tropheus.I have alot of vals in one of my angel tanks.I thought Id transplant a few to the tropheus tank as that one gets better light.They arent doing any damage at all to the plants.Oddly though after a few months growing in the crushed coral substrate they change form.Instead of the 36" long grass they look like in the SA tank,these plants are 3-6" corkscrews.The ones not rooted were just added a few weeks ago.

And that explains why I didn't see anything wrong....my Red Moliros don't eat plants either Smiley

I have Crypt Spiralis, Melon Sword and even a Red Lily in there. They don't bother them. Lucky us, huh Wink
