We just purchased another tank and would like to have a couple of Angel fish.
The tank is a 46 gallon Polygon, 2 sides are 22 inches, 3 sides are 12 inches. height is 22 inches. I am hoping this would be tall enough for them.
Questions are:
Is this size going to be ok for a pair?
I would like 2, doesnt matter if they are breeders. Would 2m or 2f be ok and get along? or should it be 1m & 1f and hope for the best? I only plan on moving my female bristlenose pleco into that tank. Nothing else will be going in there besides plants and hidy holes.

It sounds good to me . happy
2 Angels and your BN is perfect stocking for that tank ..Fill it up with lots of tall plants and the angels will weave in and out throughout the plants.
Sexing the Angels is usually not possible.
Get 2 young ones about the same age and size .
They will grow up together and be familiar together before they get to adult size and temperament.

It took 7 days for God to create this world...
So how long will it take for me to create the perfect tank???

I think that will be a lovely tank. Angels are such graceful fish, a joy to watch. You really don't need much else in an angel tank. Smiley
