Hi, Angeliccreature and welcome to Badman's.   Smiley

The best thing for you to do is to check the profiles for the fish that pique your interest.  Here is a link to our profile page.  You will need to check each profile to see if they are compatible with each other and see if they can be kept in a 15 gallon tank.  Remember that all of the fish which you are showing interest in are schooling fish so whichever species you want, they will have to be kept in a group of at LEAST 6 of that particular species.  I wouldn't keep more than two schools in a 15 gallon tank because it would look much too busy.

Do you know how to cycle a tank?  Here is a link showing you how.       http://www.badmanstropicalfish.com/forum/index.php?topic=1304.0

I would choose no more than 1 school, and not the green tigers, they get too big.

I think I would vote for  no more than 7 serpea tetras (but they get kind of big for a 15, so I am not so sure?)  and 9-10 of which ever one you chose: neons, haliquin rasboras or white clouds.
