I would not mix angelfish with any gouramis. They are not really compatible. Also, different species of gouramis cannot live with each other. If you decide on having gouramis and no angels, I would opt for Pearl Gouramis over Dwarf Gouramis. They are more hardy, less aggressive and would look better in a large tank. The Dwarfs would look lost in there.
Serpae tetras can be fin nippers. They would really go after either angels or gouramis. They should not be kept with either of those species.
If you want corys, I would get one of the larger species and keep at least 10 of them together.
