I have a planted 5 gallon and want to put 4 or 5 small tetra in it whats the best ones and the smalles

There are several Danios that are suitable for a planted 5 gallon tank.....

Like Russ said, Danio margaritatus, also.....

 D. erythromicron

 D. nigrofasciatus

 D. tinwini.
