I encounterd very clean tanks and seemingly healthy looking fish, but the staff lacked even basic knowledge about water conditions, fish compatibility, etc. I am a beginner to this hobby and their advice led to a lot of problems for me. They don't quarrantine thier new stock and this leads to disease being put into their tanks and into fish they sold myself and others.

This store has a nice variety of fish and lizards, the problem is the fact that I've yet to get a fish from them that lives for more than three days and they won't purchase or even take fish from local people for free. They advertise the healthiest fish, but I have had 2 of 50+ fish survive mire than a week, I have not had a fish from Walmart die after the third day, just some info to think about if you're in Hays. BUY YOUR FISH AT WALMART!!!!

Amazing. Friendly helpful staff. The whole back wall is lined with fresh, salt, and cold water fish in amazingly clean tanks. Every fish I have bought from there has lived.

Store has a decent variety of freshwater fish to chose from. Tracking down an employee to get them for you is another story. Don't expect to pay the price marked on the tank either unless you are willing to give them fifteen dollars to be a member in their club. If you have six or seven free hours and want the price of the fish to be a mystery until you reach the checkout at which time you will think you are buying stock in the company, not for your aquarium I would highly recommend these guys.
