I've been to Super Pets a few times over the last year. Many tanks with a good variety of fish. The quality of fish is fair. I regularly see sick fish. Staff is fairly knowledgeable. It's worth a visit IF you're in the area. NOT worth a special trip.

Community Fish, African Cichlids, South and Central American Cichlids, Discus, Livebearers, Goldfish, Koi, Saltwater Fish, Corals and Invertebrates. Tons of fish. Fish-specific staff super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Despite the sheer number of tanks the fish are always healthy and well taken care of. Not so great on plants, and sometimes stock is hit-or-miss on popular varieties but there's ALWAYS something to look at...or take home. Unlike other local stores I have never purchased a fish from them that didn't live a long, healthy and happy life.

Great staff, reasonably decent selection, 14 day return policy for all but feeder fish. Medium/high prices for area but those less expensive have no return policy.

Store has been around for over 40 years with a knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of fish, but usually small to medium sized fish. Occasionally get some half to full grown fish but they sell very fast because of the many loyal customers. I do mainly fresh water but plan to start salt water with there excellent selection. They can special order a large variety of fish. Excellent selection of tanks and accessories, and will always assist in setting up your aquarium with advice and service. Easily the best fish store I know. I drive right by 2 others to get there.

Carries only aquaria-related supplies. Both marine and freshwater fish. I've had very poor success with their fish and was concerned by the huge amount of black brush algae in their freshwater tanks. All 3 otocinclus cats I bought died within 5 days. They replaced 2, but sold me Chinese Algae Eaters instead. I'm a newbie, but should have known better. The neons I bought also brought ich into my previously clean aquarium. They are very nice, but they need to clean up their tanks and get smarter on their fish.

Carries all types of fresh water to salt water fish plus expanding to a 10000 gallon shark tank this month has the best fish quality in Winchester and I have never had any fish lost from there

This is a huge store, and about 2/3 of it are devoted to fish. They have tropical, pond, and marine. The store employees were very knowledgeable (we talked to 3). They really take their time to ask you about your setup and what you are looking for and offer advice. They have a HUGE selection of fish. When fish have special needs they set up special tanks for them and mark the tanks as such so you know what they need. Each tank is separately filtered. I could go on and on, I thought I had died and gone to fish store heaven.

I have purchased 95% of my aquarium equipment there, and plan to purchase all my livestock there as well. Every single one of the staff has been extremely helpful and patient with giving me the best advice, being new to marine tanks. Prices are comparable, if not a little cheaper from online, and if they don't have it, they will special order it. They stock a huge variety marine invertebrates and fish, and some freshwater fish. All their livestock are quarantined. I can't say enough great things about them :)

Boy, very small selection. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a nice convenience, but there are very few tanks, and they are very lightly stocked.
